Luke 10: 36-37 (NKJ) The Good Samaritan

"So which of these three do you think was neighbor to him who

fell among the thieves?"

37 And he said, "He who showed mercy on him."

Then Jesus said to him, "Go and do likewise."

I your Father, am the source of life. Without Me there is no life.

Love your neighbor is what I have commanded those who love Me.

A basic principle yet few comprehend this type of love.

Man is a lover of himself and to extend this love to another is

virtually impossible for him, yet with God all things are possible

including the ability to love another as yourself.

There is not one thing I ask of man that is impossible,

with Christ in him 'the hope of glory' all things are possible.

Alone he cannot, with Christ alone, this is possible.

Trust in the Father, walk in My ways.

Lean on Me and not on your own understanding, I will teach love,

I will teach understanding and I will teach compassion.

Then that what seems impossible becomes natural

and part of your everyday life.

Desire Me in all you do. Search for Me in all your ways and

I will reveal to you the answers to all you seek.

To love one another is an answer in itself, for where love abounds,

all other things in this world fail.

When you are complete in My love it is easy to share with another.

To fill each other's cup, to carry one another.

If you do not carry one another's burdens, if you do not have compassion

for one another, you lack love and you do not know the Father.

To love Me with your whole heart means to put yourself aside

and to see only Me in everything you do.

For many this is hard, for many salvation is enough and they do not

eat from the tree of abundance that I offer.

When I say lay down your life it is because that what I offer is so much

more than what is in this life, in this world.

Yet many suffer for lack of understanding.

They put themselves above others.

They do not wish to serve but wish to be served.

This is not the way of the Father.

Did the Son not come to serve?

What would make man more than Christ Himself?

Is man so slow in his understanding of the heart of the Father?

Would it not be better for man to follow in the footsteps of the Son,

and to walk as He did? To learn from the source of life Himself,

it is He who came as the light into this world. He alone is life.

Yet man seems to want edification and to justify his lack of love.

Who is man to decide who is worthy of love?

Did Christ not come for ALL, is My love not for ALL?

Not one is more than another. All will stand before God,

all will kneel, all will give account. Not one is above reproach.

Keep your heart pure in My love and your hands holy and clean

for I am watching children of God, I see, I hear...I AM!

Love one another, as I your Father have loved you!

1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (NKJ)

Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy;

love does not parade itself, it is not puffed up;

5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own,

is not provoked, thinks no evil.

Thank you, ABBA.
