Provision

Psalm 34:8-9(NKJ)

Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;

Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

9 Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints!

There is no want to those who fear Him!

To him who trusts, to him who obeys My word, I will provide for all his needs.

I will take them from the belly of the fish and place them on dry land as I did with Jonah.

Land that is sufficient to all their needs. I will show mercy. I will show grace.

I will show love for this is who I AM. This is the nature of your God.

I am not a God of wrath; I am slow to anger and mighty to save.

I am righteous, this I cannot and will not change for man.

I am the same God who caused the sea to part,

who brought a slave nation out of captivity and delivered them from their oppressors.

I gave them a home as My people. I watched them grow, and I showed them a new way,

a better way, My way. I provided enough to eat, manna from the sky and water from a rock.

They lacked nothing.

I provide.

I sent them a prophet, one like no other before him, one who sat in My presence.

My hand was upon Moses. He spoke My truth. He loved those people. My people.

Yet they were stubborn and hardheaded. Yet I made covenant with these people,

and I wrote My law within them, old and new that they may understand law,

that they may see grace and love.

To many I am a God who is far away, they cannot reach Me.

To many I am a Father and they know Me in their hearts.

Know this My children, I am a God who saves, a God who came for the lost and the broken.

You too were once lost, and I called you home. Were you not blind and now you, see?

Do not forget the broken. I am a God who is mighty to save. I am a God who moves mountains.

I am a God who heals. I am a God who IS, who WAS … I AM the great I AM.

I who breathed life from the beginning, who spoke it into existence, and it became,

by My very word. I AM the same God of Israel, the same God today.

I am a God of second chances.

Do not question the love of God for His people, because you have a lack of understanding.

Rather ask that your own heart be moved with compassion and love, this I will gladly grant all who ask.

My provision is sufficient for all who ask in faith, for I am not a God of short supply.

I desire obedience. I desire faith. I desire the very heart of man, that I may shape and mold him

into that what he is called to be.

For this purpose, man must die to himself and live for Christ.
